Often, we think of anxiety and stress as mental or emotional states, and yet, debilitating symptoms that are caused by stress are part of a very complex physiological response in our entire body. In this introductory workshop, you'll gain a fundamental understanding of stress physiology and explore practical skills for restoring calm and developing new perspectives.

The tension in my jaw decreased significantly during the TMJ workshop. I was able to link the muscle tension in my jaw to muscle tension in other parts of my body as a response to stress. Now I am able to address the muscle tension before it takes root in my jaw.

If you cancel 48 hours or less before the start of the course, workshop, or event or do not show up, you will not receive a credit or refund. There is no refund or credit for missed sessions within a multiple-session course or workshop.
