A big part of my practice involves working one-to-one with my clients. What can we work on together? Everything from overcoming chronic pain, injury, trauma, and anxiety, to unlocking creative expression and patterning new skills.

How do we get there? Through whole-body learning. We may choose precise touch, movement, or conversation to help you make gains, and we’ll explore powerful questions that encourage new ways of being. This work brings Co-Active Life Coaching and movement-based therapies into the process to move you beyond limitation and closer to the life you want.

While I offer my knowledge, presence, and experience, you contribute a deep understanding of yourself. I work in partnership with you to shape our sessions to your needs. Relax in a safe and compassionate space where you can be yourself, and be heard.

How will I know if we’re a fit to work together?

If you’re a new client, our initial 90-min consultation will give you a good idea of what working together might look like. If we agree to move forward, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and confirm the details: the issues we’ll tackle, the length and frequency of our sessions, and whether single visits or a package option is right for you.

How many sessions will I need?

It’s a question I’m asked a lot, especially when I first work with someone. The answer is deeply personal and depends on why you’re seeking my help in the first place. Learning a new way of being requires commitment, consistency and time — it’s not a quick fix. But we’re on this journey together. Along the way, I'll be the vision holder, helping you break through to hope and healing.


Ultimately, your individual needs, goals, and financial reality will determine the amount of time we spend together. Clients usually notice improvement after only a few sessions. To create more lasting change, we might choose to work together for a little longer.

Do you offer packages?

Package options are designed to make life easier for you. They offer discounted rates per session and reinforce our commitment to work together. Some people find this accountability useful for keeping them on track. Practically speaking, packages allow us to progress our work, schedule a series of sessions, and tackle payment in one fell swoop, ensuring we maximize our time together.
