Awareness Through Movement® classes are verbally directed movement explorations that are most often taught to groups. They are precisely designed movement sequences that work like a physical riddle. They offer a unique and practical way of examining your current habits of moving, sensing, feeling and thinking and to let go of those that no longer serve you. Daily functions like turning, reaching, walking or breathing will be explored. As you acquire a higher level of awareness and sensitivity, you will discover alternative and novel ways of moving with greater ease, efficiency and co-ordination.
