Mindfulness | Feldenkrais Movement Classes 

Improve your coordination, posture and balance while enjoying relief from discomfort and stress. These classes examine practical ways to incorporate effortless and efficient movement into daily life to prevent tension and injuries. They foster the awareness we need to alter the habits that hinder us and live more satisfying lives.
Learning consists of gentle, easy-to-perform movements guided by Sophia in a supportive environment.

Wednesdays  5:30 - 6:30pm

Classes are kept small so that you can benefit from a focused learning experience with individual attention provided.



Moving past pain

Pain, stress and anxiety-related symptoms are common in our modern lives and their causes are diverse. The result - feeling hopeless or trapped in discomfort - is a spot none of us wants to be.

This workshop expands on identifying sources of challenge and uncovering practical skills for restoring hope and momentum.

We'll examine what lies at the root of symptoms from a trauma informed perspective. We'll explore the nervous system's response to stress and threat and the cost on our health.
